Discord integration to auto whitelist and remove based on Discord role
Allow users in Discord todo /Discord register MC-Name
a. Sync discord name to all server or in the live chat channel
Auto check on each server load to check if discord members still have the required role
a. allow setting initial required role E.G. Tier 3
b. allow setting continuation role E.G. Tier 2, Tier 3
c. Allow manually adding Discord player ID and MC UUID
