[Suggestion]: Option to disable all chat relay functionality, only allow linking #498

Explain your idea

Use case:

I want whitelist based on discord role, but I don't want to have chat relay in discord

Problem:

You cannot disable chat relay functionality Setting invalid channel ID breaks the mod

Workaround:

Use hidden channel for chat relay

Possible solutions:

Config key to disable chat relay Use another config option ("disabled") in [advanced] section to disable specific messages individually

If this is platform-dependant, which platform is this about?

I don't use this mod as of right now but if I plan to use it in future I'd want to have this option
