Respawn countdown for one player is showing for all players (Titles Module) #170

Describe the bug Issue: titles show a respawn countdown for BOTH players when ONE player is respawning. Discord response: "respawn countdown is considered as a generic countdown"

Reproduction steps In match, when one player is killed and is respawning. I am used the respawn relay module.
