As a user I can read about the biggest scams in recent history so that I can become aware of the potential dangers of operating unsafely online.

Acceptance Criteria:

Acceptance Criteria 1: Have links to the news articles
Acceptance Criteria 2: Have a visual representation of the article
Acceptance Criteria 3: Suitably designed to draw the attention of the user

Task

[ ] Task 1: Create several links to articles from external sites
[ ] Task 2: Use flexbox or bootstrap's containers to design the section
[ ] Task 3: Embed heading and short summary from external sites
