Duncan - Responsive Header and basic footer #26

Header is good apart from collapse icon which I can't seem to re-color.

Footer is basic but I have a plan.

Forgot to add that there's some issues with the features on the index page. Didn't know if there were supposed to be so many so I'll let someone who knows take a look at that.
