As a website dev I can change the colour of the collapsed menu so that that the menu is easier to see.

Acceptance Criteria:

Acceptance Criteria 1: Collapse Menu Icon colour is changed.
Acceptance Criteria 2: Collapse Menu Icon is more visible.
Acceptance Criteria 3:
