Brooter's Chubber projectile is targeted by C Section tears despite being invincible #59

When a Brooter enemy shoots a chubber projectile at isaac, it will attract the attention of any C-Section tears isaac has fired.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. encounter a brooter, and wait for it to fire a Chubber
  2. fire a c section tear close enough to the chubber
  3. the chubber will likely drag the tear offscreen with it
