Your Soul and the Dealmakers can make the player be able to take Devil Deals for free #65

If Isaac has Your Soul and Dealmakers, and drops Your Soul in a Devil Deal, the price won't update, meaning the items can all be taken from free as Isaac doesn't have the Your Soul to take away
