Some Items should have the nochallenge Item Tag (or just be set to not appear in challenges)

These Items should have the nochallenge tag, in order to not appear in Challenges:

• The Devil's Harvest
• Rat Poison
• Wrong Warp
• Eternal Clicker (just to be safe)
• Error's Crazy Slots (maybe??? I mean Death Certificate isn't banned buut I'm wondering if it bypasses the nochallenge tag)
• Cursed Urn and Frog Puppet (though item tags don't work on these, so it'd require LUA to remove them from the trinket pool)

The reasoning is because items that change your character (like Clicker and Ankh) are banned in Challenges, while Rat Poison and Wrong Warp should be banned because they can disrupt progression (like R Key, which is also banned) or break things (like I'd imagine how much Wrong Warp could break Red Redemption if it tries to transport you to Chapter 5 or an Ascent floor or something)

also, perhaps give Wrong Warp, Rat Poison, Error's Crazy Slots and Eternal Clicker the nodaily tag too just to be funny
