if you put a one time use active in your pocket using clear case it just creates a permanent empty slot

I picked up Forget Me Now while i had Clear Case and it put it in my pocket, and after i used it, it left me with a permanent empty pocket slot.

This is probably a side effect of alot of base-game items not working properly in the pocket active slot, not sure what we'd do about this
