generated primative site, and wrote deploy script #3

This uses thoughtbot's jekyll template as a skeleton, since I really like Bourbon and Neat. Since this project is so new I understand if you don't accept this pull request, as you might want to do things your way. However, if you like what you see I'll definitely continue work on it.

I'm working with Jekyll theme that I think should be nice and clean, Docster, http://digitalmindch.github.io/docster-jekyll-theme/

I'll leave it open for discussion and to see how far my own progress gets, but I appreciate the initial effort.
