Nanim is an easy-to-use framework to create smooth GPU-accelerated animations that can be previewed live inside a glfw window and, when ready, rendered to videos at an arbitrary resolution and framerate.
Nanim uses staticglfw which supports emscripten (https://github.com/treeform/nim_emscripten_tutorial)
Would be awesome if Nanim could run in the browser using emscripten as well! Don't know about nanovg though....
