Incorrect answer for problem from Yale YPO

In the solutions pdf, the answer is 10^4 but the question bank json has an answer with a power of 2.

Pdf said "+2" but their answer was 10k. $118 \choose 2$ has an OOM of 4 though so I'll fix it whenever I add more questions.
