Hi, I added a documentation file in order to explain how to extend DVB Inspector (only for PES parsing at that time).

As I have some doubt about where to put this documentation, I created a new file to begin, which is adjustable to match the organization of the project.

There is currently only some user documentation at https://www.digitalekabeltelevisie.nl/dvb_inspector/index.shtml There is nothing for technical documentation, apart from this placeholder

I think a how-to in Git is a very good starting point.
