Add Growatt MOD inverters to the Homey app #7

Hello, and thank you for a good Homey app and functionality.

I have a Growatt MOD 6000tl3-xh inverter. And I would love to have it working with the Homey app.

The MOD is the new series of inverters so there will most likely be many others benefitting from this.

If also my MOD6000TL3-XH could be supported I would be so happy.

I know that Growatt are now selling a lot of the new MOD series so this would help many more.
