Decal doesn't render in Build #4

I just happened to notice that decals do not render in build but they render in editor. What would be possible cause?

What is your target platform? You may need to change Unity -> Window -> Decals -> Settings -> Shader Method. If your target platform is Mobile or WebGL you need to set it to Mobile
