Maybe use Spectrum class within Exposure instead of raw List

need to refactor Exposure and anything else to avoid the word spectrum when it's not a Spectrum

We think the signal path is something like Spectrometer->Exposure->Spectrum->SpectrumProcessorChain->Spectrum->Color->Measurement->Test->TestCollection
