Add "off" mode for states #31

I would like to not use the idle colour, as my octoprint will be on most of the time, however I can't see a way to just use some of the states.

@CpHarding you can set the idle effect to “solid color” and the idle color to black. That will cause the LEDs to be turned off when the printer is idle.
