Upgrading to v1.7.2 prevents Octoprint from loading #76

After v1.7.2 upgrade is installed and server attempts to restart, Octopi no longer responds. I have to restart the pi after which Octopi starts in safe mode with all plugins disabled. Restarting octoprint then re-enables all plugins but then prompts for the 1.7.2 upgrade again (like it failed install?). I tried it multiple times and the same result each time. Not upgrading (and staying on 1.7.1) works fine.

I'm using OctoPrint version: 1.4.0, OctoPi version: 0.17.0 on Raspi 3b (small WS2812B strip using SPI).

Let me know if I can provide any further debug info.

Can you provide an octoprint.log? Ideally of when you installed the plugin, and restarted OctoPrint. Thanks
