Plugin entry under settings dissapeared #86

The plugin does still work, but the Button in the top bar was gone and the plugin entry in the settings under plugins also has gone. I dont' know at which point it dissapeared, but i think it was an octoprint update 1.4.2. Then i tried a complete reinstall from scratch and then i installed your plugin to 1.4.2 but whith the same situation. Can you please help.
