Add Video Disabled #26

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open datasoul
2. Select +Add

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 The option "Add video" is disabled.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 2.0-v1 on Windows 7.

Please provide any additional information below.
