Merge professor files into one #80

every screen merged into professor.html as a single file

everything works now for user interface except for maze layout.png loading and hot and cold button functions

professor maze layout map was working after all. Student tab needs to be open same time as professor tab for it to to work. everything has been merged into master. @rereshek
