Identify jobs exited with mcorerun error #20

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Using version 1.1.0 (issue not present with 1.0.2)

  1. segway identify ...

All identification jobs are exiting on LSF system. In all files identifydir/output/e/identify/vit..... it says mcorerun exec: ``exec'' -- Permission denied

I can't reproduce this one. Is this on the EBI system? Can you tell me what directory the jobs were run in so I can look at the files directly?

Also, does this happen with the test case in the Segway source distribution?

This turned out to be a temporary system problem, which has now been fixed. Thanks for looking into it.
