Add more data exploration contour components

There should be more components to visualize the flow. Components of interest:

• Uncertainty quantification (based Shrediquette/PIVlab/issues/58])
• RMS
• Fluctuations
• Total kinetic energy
• Renold's stress
• Pressure

Some other stuff to be added:

• Proper orthogonal decomposition
