Update README.md to meet project standards #4

README.md doesn't include anything useful! Please:

  1. Pull in the basics from the previous version's README.md (with the npm install instructions and such)
  2. Add a note on contributors (e.g., "here's the team!") with links to github pages
  3. Add some additional flavor (e.g., "Have YOU ever wished for something? Don't let your wishes be wishes - record them. This project gives you a way to do that....."

Just suggestions - add whatever feels good.

@alrob45 I figured this was something you'd be great at contributing to, but also I just felt like making an issue and assigning it to someone so I could see what that was like. Ignore me if you want - I won't be offended!
