After building project #77

Fixes : #74 It was created with the following rules: if a file is open, the bugs shown here are the bugs in the project from which the file is open; if there isn't one, the bugs of the most recently built project.

With @dkrupp; we discussed that we are going to comment everything function-by-function. The rest of the comments are the default eclipse-generated ones. Two functions have been edited in this issue and for those the comments are ready. I will make up for the rest.
