Update Docker images to Ubuntu 22.04 #632

Current Docker images depend on Ubuntu 20.04. Since we will officially support Ubuntu 20.04 for another ca. 1.5 years, it is not urgent to migrate these images to Ubuntu 22.04, but I create an issue for it.
