PR rejected, as for NextJS I made a restraint to stick to 13.4.x and not update to 13.5 in #635, as there seems to be some ongoing issues with NextJS 13.5 and MUI (see https://github.com/vercel/next.js/issues/55663), which I did not want to resolve.
