Update Section 5 #17

The PR updates Section 5 with text being agnostic of the application protocol (HTTP or CoAP). It registers a new Media Type "application/fwd-edhoc+cbor-seq" to denote a forwarded EDHOC message. This media type signals to the recipient that the received EDHOC message is forwarded.
