[WIP] Toggle overlay rendering #73

Makes it possible to enable/disable overlay video rendering from the menu. Enabled by default.

Needs https://github.com/EricssonResearch/openwebrtc-ios-sdk/pull/48.

Also changed alerts to be compatible with iOS 8+.
