openssl version bump #67

As of 12/7/2017, 1.0.2n is the currently available version of the 1.0.2 branch of OpenSSL at ftp://ftp.openssl.org/source/

@sdroege would you mind merging one of those PRs and close the other one?

@branning openwebrtc is unmaintained and basically discontinued at this point. I'm not working on it anymore since a few years, and neither is anybody else.

There is a native WebRTC implementation inside GStreamer now and GStreamer also comes with up-to-date OpenSSL and other parts.

@sdroege thanks for explaining. I did find @nirbheek's great blog post that lays out the current state of WebRTC in 2018 (http://blog.nirbheek.in/2018/02/gstreamer-webrtc.html). Wonder if it's worth officially laying Openwebrtc to rest.

That's for Ericsson to decide, but IMHO this should've happened long ago. And let the repositories only stay around for historical reasons, while explicitly mentioning that this is unmaintained and newer solutions can be found elsewhere.
