Example for GStreamer WebRTC #37

The examples for the GStreamer plugin show a direct rtp connection - would this also work with the GStreamer WebRTC implementation?

Unfortunately the SCReAM plugin is a bit outdated and I have not maintained for a long while so it may not work at all
