Explain page controls #11

On first page visit / on wish, a pop-up explaining the controls should come.

Controls include:

DragNDrop for courses
Double-clicking courses to open their LV page
moving a course will alter its information and LV page
clicking the checkmark to enter a grade
using / resetting the filter
using message-list actions ("adjust filter" / "was bedeutet das?")
explaining the resulting table
clicking "unknown grade"
