Mac OS X Versions menus #59

The Mac OS X Version has to many menus.  There are two help and about 
entries.

Hi John,

I've checked in some code that should fix the menus on mac os x.  When you have 
time 
could you check it out and try and build it?

It should put the help, about and preferences in the right places for Mac OS x.

The menu items are in the correct place but nothing happens when 'about' is 
clicked and 'preferences' is 
greyed out.

Otherwise still working as before

Checked in another change in this area.  Could you rebuild and see if the menus 
work 
correctly?
