Change function name and deprecate previous function with re-routing to new function (in-line with #65)
Enable argument for obtaining GMTED2010 or HWSD data for air temp and Qsoil use-cases
Enable provision of third-party covariates

Begun to resolve this with b6628b7.

Still requires implementation of HWSD data.

Resolved remaining need for soil support with version 0.3.4 (38b6a70)
