Pin Zinc to a stable version given work on P12. Log the debugger install with a traceCr so that server logs can update safely (crTrace leaves output hanging and confuses error interpretation)

Thx Tim. I'm going to update all crTrace to traceCr's. traceCr feels more natural, but somehow I started using crTrace.
