Allow multiple items under the same menuitem #124

We should prolly have all Actionscript items under:

Plugins -> Actionscript -> MCMLCompiler -> Build, etc

Currently it will create two different Actionscript menus if multiple items try 
to use the same name.
There might be a way of solving it by setting parent to Plugins->Actionscript 
(like the templating plugin does to add stuff to File->New).

That should be tested before changes are made.
