Support for .as2proj project templates #128

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to open an .as2proj template file which will open the same as .as3proj!

version: 0.6

This will add the consistancy needed for these two legacy filetypes.

Not sure if MXMLC can compile AS2 projects. 
If not we'd need to hook in with MTASC, which isn't very hard at all, but it's 
very low prio currently.
