Select & mouse-drag to scroll doesn't work #141

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a long file
2. Scroll to bottom
3. Select last line & mouse upwards. 

Should auto-scroll so we can mouse-select long sections.

It semi-works scrolling downwards, but I think that's "by mistake" more than 
anything. 
Using arrow keys work.
