Completion list can get covered when it exceeds the visible region of the editor #150

It can be covered by the project panel, or the console. It can also just exceed 
the screen, it should be positioned so it doesn't go outside the screen when 
it's near the edges.

Think this is fixed now, but not 100%. Leaving the ticket until I can verify 
with various completion results.
