FD compatibility around <includeLibraries> #157

as3proj files must have

<!-- SWC Include Libraries -->

before <includeLibraries> (which we currently lack for moonshine created 
projects at least) or FD throws an exception while opening the project 
(consider asking FD guys about this?)
