[Bug] 'Do something...' when there should've been a notification

Describe the bug Notifications wont display and swaync logs 'Do something...' when there should've been a notification

To Reproduce

1. Start swaync
2. execute notify-send with a message
3. 'Do something...' gets printed. No notification displayed.

Expected behavior Notifications.

Nvm it wouldn't display because catppuccin/swaync doesn't properly show no disturb toggle. And it was enabled. As for 'Do something...', it's in the example config
