Mounted sftp share access for admins only #228

What steps will reproduce the problem?
As regular (non-admin) user:
1. Mount sftp share from server.
2. After successful mount, double-click drive to load it.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: View contents of mounted sftp share.
Instead:  X:\ is not accessible. Access is denied.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Dokan 0.6.0 on top of Dokan 0.2.0.1226 for explorer support (as per 
instructions)

Please provide any additional information below.
The only current ways to around this are to log in as the admin before 
mounting, or to open command prompt as admin after mounting and run:
explorer /n,/root,[drive]
...which opens a window to the share with admin permissions.

The same problem for Windows XP Professional, SP3, Dokan 0.6.0, using sshfs. I 
do not use the explorer extensions.

When installing dokan, I had to do it as administrator, otherwise it wouldn't 
work. Might that be connected to the problem?
