Feature/Reimplement webportal

The main purpose of this PR is to reimplements the webportal again, bringing it back into a actually working state.

Other than that, there have been various changes under the hood:

• Changes to initialisation
• Reworkedcredentials and auth services
• Added more debug logging in various places
• Other small QoL changes.
