What this PR does:

Adds a button toggle to add a bloom effect to HitScores.
Bumped version to 3.1.2

This reduces to need for multiple plugins to enhance HitScores. If you have any suggestions, let me know.

Heya, Thanks a lot for this contribution. The code looks good at first sight, but I'll be reworking it a bit to make it slightly more maintainable 😅 Other than that, this PR supposedly also fully resolves #5 now.

Apparently the build fails because the PR is created from a fork. 😔 Merging regardless tho.
