This PR includes the following changes:

Updated the mod for 1.12.2
Added Time Dependence integration (credits to @pulselane for adding this)
Updated for latest SiraUtil version
Improved UI
Added known conflicting mod to prevent BS from crashing at runtime
Added config importing on first run
