Can we prefund bounties to guarantee payouts? #133

The bounty approach is fantastic, but when attacking an issue like the team requirement, hoping that the bounty payments will come when the issue is figured out is not the best system.

If we pre-funded bounties it would attract more talent and dedication towards the issues I think.

prefund how exactly? secure the funds and show its available? or payout and hope they do the job.

As for team requirement I believe it is on the back burner for at least now as it lost in a poll.

Ah I see. I mean to secure the funds in escrow. This would be helpful to do for any bounties I feel.
