CHALLENGE across ALL WHITELISTED BOINC projects at the same time

Currently, we've in a challenge only 1 BOINC project:

• at the moment team Gridcoin is in 4 challenges at the same time

But, it is also possible to make a competition over all whitelisted BOINC projects (ca. 30):

• can't overlap, must have e.g. 1 per week
• not possible with boincstats

Formulaboinc does cover this to a certain degree, but having challenges longer than a week would require a new challenge website.
