Pager Doesn't appear in Windows XP SP3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install per instructions
2. restart virtuawin
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. There is no configuration options in the modules section
2. The pager does not appear (just the default virtuawin icon)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1. WinXP SP3
2. VirtuaWin 4.2, latest vwKvasdoPager (does the capitalization matter in 
modules? Shouldn't in xp).

Please provide any additional information below.
1. Only module installed is vwKvasdoPager
2. Are there additional modules and icon sets required?

There is no configuration window for this module.

Can you confirm the following:

- You have registered vwKvasdoPagerBand.dll by running install-dll.bat from the 
same directory that the dll resides in and you didn't move or deleted that dll 
file since.

- When registering the dll you get a "DllRegisterServer in 
vwKvasdoPagerBand.dll succeeded" message.

- In the context menu of the Windows Task Bar, under "Toolbars" you see 
"KvasdoPager" and there's a check mark beside it.

Also please make sure that the bar is large enough.

In the context menu of the Windows Task Bar uncheck "Lock the task bar" and try 
dragging the handles around.

The bar is unlocked. The dll was successfully registered. The context menu was 
not enabled. After enabling the context menu, worked exactly as advertised. 
Where does it state that this is run as a separate toolbar? I missed that 
(expected it to be a sort of icon set in the taskbar). Thank you for the prompt 
attention

Also, did you mention somewhere that you integrated mouse wheel desktop 
switching? If so, how is this configured and must be done with the pointer over 
the toolbar?

The documentation is a bit sparse.

Still if you look in install.txt:
3) Right click on the toolbar and in the menu which opens enable 
Toolbars -> 'KvasdoPager', note that you may need to disable 'Lock the toolbar'
