Show the pager after install #28

When pager is installed, users expirience troubles with enabling desktop band - 
most people are not familiar with enabling the Explorer toolbar and then they 
have to lock taskbar etc.

We need to programmatically enable the pager deskband on first run (or in the 
installer when we'll have it)
